No Refunds, Exchanges, or Returns

All sales are final. Because each reading is created specifically for you and delivered digitally, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the reading has been processed or sent.

Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only if your reading has not yet been completed or delivered.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once your reading has been started or fulfilled, the order becomes non-refundable and non-cancellable.
